Well, I’m about a month and a half behind on these updates, and I should probably write something, so here we go:
Being in Kathmandu was like a slightly calmer version of an Indian city. It’s extremely polluted, and filthy. Horns are blaring non-stop. Three are lots of street kids and beggars. [...]

Before we made it to Nepal, we had one last night in Ghorakpur, India. We stayed the night in a fairly dodgy hotel where the manager, fishing for commission, told us that the bus to Nepal only left at 4:00 am, and was going to take 6 or 7 hours due to a broken bridge. [...]
